Over at Harry's Place there are a couple of good posts on the situation in North Korea. It started out here , with a discussion of the NK regime, the ongoing famine that looks to get even worse this winter, and the limited foreign policy options available to the Western countries that oppose Kim's Stalinist prison-state.
